We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after confirmation, for reasons such as pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any amount paid.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

We ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is complimentary on orders of $75 or more. Orders below this threshold are subject to a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Mariana Escamilla LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit, but we will work with you to resolve any issues in good faith.

We accept returns on full-price, unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift cards are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Connect@marianaescamilla.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Mariana Escamilla LLC is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
